|

| 13 | TEST YOURSELF IF CAPABLE OF DRIVING (alcotest) |
COVER THE INSIDE OF A GLASS WITH WINE
Before each tasting, the inside of the glass needs to be covered with wine. Swirl the wine in the glass to cover the inside of the glass with wine. This makes it easer for an individual to identify all characteristic of a wine sample.
DRINK WATER DURING WINE TASTING
Each wine sample contains a certain level of alcohol. Therefore it is recommended to drink water when tasting various wine samples. This will prevent your body from dehydration and enable you to enjoy the full aroma of each wine sample.
IF A PLACE IS CROWDED
Try to avoid the crowd and move to the next stand. You can always return later when there are less people around, having more space to enjoy te wine tasting as well as an opportunity to speak to the wine producer.
