SLOW FOOD
Slow Food is a global, grassroots organization with supporters in 150 countries around the world, which are linking the pleasure of good food with a commitment to their community and the environment. More at www.slowfood.com.

TERRA MADRE
Terra Madre is a network of food communities, each committed to producing quality food in a responsible, sustainable way. Terra Madre also refers to a major biannual conference held in Torino, Italy, intended to foster discussion and introduce innovative concepts in the field of food, gastronomy, globalization and economics. JRE- JEUNES RESTAURATEURS D'EUROPE
Jeunes Restaurateurs d’Europe is an association of young restaurateurs. What they have in common is their willingness to share their talent and passion for the profession. CHAÎNE DES RÔTISSEURS
Chaîne des Rôtisseurs is the oldest, biggest and most eminent international association engaged in preserving and developing culinary art, culture of dining, enology and ethnology as well as in cultivating culture, hospitality, friendship and traveling.
