Already Judas said: "The wine-growing regions have cuisine. In the areas, where wine is not grown, there is only food... cuisine is like precious Stradivari's violin and the wine is its bow."
The search for symphony of tastes or marriage of wine and food is the topic of many expert and popular books, workshops and courses. But the fact is, that there is no absolute truth. Today, it is important, that the rules of combinations of food and wine are no longer as severe as before, namely promoting the development and new discoveries. The only way is to taste and try.
Since we are aware that love (also) for wine, does (and also has to) go through the stomach, on 10th anniversary of the Slovenian wine festival we also also launched the Culinary Festival.
